The Data files MUST be updated on a regular basis. If the coloured Icon goes grey then it signifies that updating is required urgently.
1. Place your mouse on the icon located in your system tray in the lower right-hand corner of your main computer screen.
2. Right Click and select – Check for updates
3. It should go ONLINE and automatically download the updates. This process could take up to 20 mins but if you do this on a regular basis then the time online is much shorter.
NOTE:
If you get an error message that it cannot make a connection then you have to ensure that you DIAL-UP FIRST. You can do this by either using the Dial-up icon or opening Internet Explorer and click on Connect.
